Good: Japanese bidet toilet. Focus on the small details such as multiple slippers, lots of places to hang clothes or things, provides face wash, proper toothpaste, scissors, disposable utensils, hanger, nail clipper, bath salt, decent wifi, etc. Staff is attentive. Bad: Aircon not very powerful, hot water not very hot and pressure is average, limited TV channels all local. Lobby is not cold. Hallways feel damp, smells weird, maybe carpets need to be washed or removed totally.

Its a super nice within my 3nights staycation in hcmc a25 luxury hotel. Should be upgraded to four stars!
