Dobra lokalizacja. W niewielkiej odległości przystanki autobusowe, sklepy, dobra kawiarnio- piekarnia itp. Obiekt jest 2-poziomowy (sypialnia i łazienka na dole oraz salon z aneksem kuchennym na górze), ma osobne wejście i nie jest przy samej ulicy, komfortowy, z klimatyzacją, gustownie urządzony, bardzo czysty oraz dobrze wyposażony (był nawet ekspres do kawy). Cicho i spokojnie w okolicy, uprzejmi sąsiedzi.

Apartament spatios si foarte confortabil,foarte bine echipat la bucatarie(plita,cuptor,frigider,fierbator,aparat cafea) ca si in camere (aer conditionat ,calorifer electric ,aspirator,etc).Proprietar foarte amabil.
Lenjerie pat insuficienta pentru anotimp de iarna.Apartamentul este in cladire veche care are un slab miros de umezeala.
