L’appartement est bien agencé et bien situé dans Nice, à proximité d’un petit magasin alimentaire et de la ligne de tram.
L’appartement manque d’équipement, comme une carafe d’eau. De plus, lorsque nous sommes arrivés le sol n’était pas très propre et les draps présentaient des cheveux, la douche présente aussi beaucoup de moisissure et murs et fenêtres semblent abîmés. J’ai également remarqué que l’appartement est infesté de fourmis qui se baladent du sol au plafond, dans le lit, et les toilettes, sur la cuisine et autour de la nourriture, ce qui n’est pas pratique ni hygiénique.

Struttura in una buona posizione a soli 3 km da Nizza, a pochi metri a piedi dalla promenade. Piccolo ma accogliente con tutto l’occorrente necessario.
C’era un forte odore di fogna sotto il lavandino della cucina. Maggiore pulizia degli asciugami che avevano un odore strano.

Schimmel in der Dusche, verschmutzter Fön, zu wenige Handtücher sowohl im Bad als auch in der Küche. Baustelle direkt vor dem Fenster.
