Posizione e quartiere ottimo. L’appartamento è in un quartiere residenziale tranquillo e a poche centinaia di metri dalla spiaggia.
Posto auto gratuito nelle vicinanze ma non è scontato trovarlo.
L’appartamento è pulito e ben attrezzato ma non è immediato capire come ritirare le chiavi perché ci sono più “box portachiavi” senza indicazione che li distingua. La pulizia delle scale interne e dei pianerottoli è biasimabile (ma non credo dipenda dall’ Host.

The apartment is in a great location, with free street parking nearby.
It is nicely furnished and equipped with all the necessary and listed items.
I would suggest installing an air conditioner, as the portable AC is very noisy and doesn’t have a proper outlet for the hot air.

Apartment war groß genug, Bett war bequem, Küche ganz okay, Ruhige Gegend, Tram in die Stadt in 5-10min zu Fuß erreichbar
Apartment in einem mittelmäßigen Zustand (Schranktüre kaputt und ging nicht auf, Klimaanlage stand nur im Zimmer - war aber nicht angeschlossen), Das Apartment war nicht wirklich sauber (schimmelnde Fugen in der Dusche, Gestank aus dem Abfluss wenn eine Weile das Wasser nicht lief, Seifenspender im Bad etwas schmierig...), Treppenhaus nicht sehr einladend - viel Gerümpel und Müll abgestellt und das Licht hat nicht funktioniert
