Appartement assez grand et moderne avec 2 terrasses, la proximité du centre d’Olbia, la place de parking privée
L’heure d’arrivée qui ne peut se faire qu’après 16h, l’appartement donne sur une rue très passante donc la terrasse et la chambre sur rue sont bruyantes, le tapis sans le séjour n’était pas nettoyé correctement (restes de nourriture), il n’y avait pas de couvertures disponibles, nous avons dû en demander.

Arrivée autonome. Parking. Immeuble Sécurisé. Ascenseur. Appartement fonctionnel. 2 belles chambres. Literie confortable. Terrasses mais bruyantes côté rue et donc gaz d échappement. Propre. Lave linge et lave vaisselle. A 20 mn a pied de centre historique. On s y sent bien
Pas de cafetiere électrique pourtant indispensable. Peu de vaisselle. Poêles casseroles a remplacer. Porte salle de bain difficile a fermer.internet ne fonctionne pas. Le code.wifi mène a un acces sans internet. Des petits détails qui seront vite améliorés par le.proprietaire sans aucun doute
