Clean and well connected to transport . Very close to the beach . Air conditioned as well which was quite a relief.

Kitchen could have been a bit more equipped . It was good but a few more glasses etc .

Nice studio near the beach and Cap 3000

The spacious studio is very quiet at night, it has a comfortable bed and new couch, a big shower and a very cozy small terrace. Very close to the beach and to the shopping centre.

I did not meet the host, even though he sent me all the info via message. The road in front of the apartment complex is pretty busy and when sitting on the terrace it gets too loud.

location was excellent, easy access to airport and Nice via 12+ bus. layout is very good, although it's a studio, the bedroom feels separate. the balcony is also a nice space to have. kitchen was well equipped (except for minor points below) apartment was very clean shower was big and water was warm washing machine was great and there was an airer to dry clothes tV has Netflix on it

very little, we had an excellent stay minor points for improvement: could provide more bin bags and dishwasher tablets extractor fan in bathroom not working so was a bit steamy and had to open window (which is a little exposed to the public) these are minor points and we had a wonderful stay and would recommend the apartment

Great apartment, cleanest on the Côte d’Azur and had everything that we needed. Great location for Antibes to Monaco. We will return again

Mauvais séjour pas de papiers toilettes en plus accusé des choses déjà abîmé à cause de nos malgré que nous somme rentrer tard et quitter le logement le lendemain...just veut nous charger

Super consigliato, posizione ottima

Appartamento molto carino in posizione strategica per visitare la Costa Azzurra sia con i propri mezzi sia con mezzi pubblici. Quartiere tranquillo e silenzioso. Vicino all'appartamento ci sono varie fermate per poter raggiungere svariati luoghi e soprattutto Antony fornisce tutte le istruzioni di ogni linea e mezzo pubblico a disposizione (autobus, treno, ecc). Per chi come noi ha la macchina, si può parcheggiare gratuitamente in strada, anche se non sempre c'è posto ma noi abbiamo avuto sempre fortuna. Antony è stato molto gentile a rispondere ad ogni nostra esigenza. Molto comodo il self check in. L'appartamento è dotato di aspirapolvere, lavatrice, lavastoviglie e macchina Nespresso per il caffè (abbiamo anche trovato qualche cialda a disposizione). A pochi passi c'è il centro commerciale Cap 3000 aperto dalle 10 alle 20 dove si trovano bar, ristoranti e un supermercato molto comodo dove noi abbiamo fatto diverse volte la spesa. Anche il mare è molto vicino ma noi siamo stati in inverno.

La biancheria del divano letto, sembrava non sostituita dagli ospiti precedenti, ma non ne sono sicura. Lo straccio a disposizione per poter passare per terra era sporco e quindi non lo abbiamo utilizzato (ma non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno).

J ai trouvé ça surprenant qu’il y est ni serviette de bain ni tapis de bain Et pas de café non plus, je pensais que c était fourni je n ai donc pas pu me doucher et prendre de café donc du coup ça baisse un peu ma note.

Tout . Cosy . Proche de tout et surtout très propre . Le propriétaire est à l écoute de nos demandes et répond aussitôt. Je reviendrais sans aucune hésitation 🤪 à recommander 👍🏼
