The fact Booking.com don't put on top that the unit is managed by an agency and it's nots customer friendly at all for the price we are paying. I was clear about dust and cleaning and not meeting any of expectation for 99 Euros cleaning fee. We don't expect much but a 200 a night x 6 nights must have a certain level of welcoming and service. They take 400 Euros on arrival for potential damage, it was mentioned on the booking but my amount is still block until now, considering the owner came to see us and was clear that nothing will be charge by the agent after reporting various damages things, very dirty linens. Thank you to the owner for visiting us. It's a nice location, unit look bigger than the picture, building look terrible from outside as stated by others review but not to worry, safe and good enough. Bus, shopping mall, train, beach and airport are near the flat. Do not expect much from the agency, they are on 0 level of flexibility and summer is money time for them.
