It was clean, all needed there, works for couple maybe with some small kid, would be tinny for 3+ adults but will survive. There is a double bed and and a sofa bed. Location is great, 100m to the beach, 10 min to train station, bus stop in front of the building, shopping mall 5 min walk.
The balcony / window is on a main street and the noise in the night from the bikes is a pian, You can't sleep with open wndow, but the is an AC that will manage

Bella la terrazza spaziosa, arredamento nuovo, ottima la posizione, ottimi i servizi
Sarebbe importante avere uno stendibiancheria a disposizione. Anche mettere qualche sacco in più per la spazzatura non guasterebbe.
