The air conditioning in the room was terrible—it lacked maintenance, was very noisy, and kept freezing up, preventing the air from flowing.

I stayed here as part of a girls vacation. The property was clean and nice. The room was clean but the bed very firm. The shower drain didn’t drain well so the shower filled with some water when you showered. The indoor pool and hot tub were nice. The hot breakfast included eggs, bacon, sausage, and pancakes. It was good but they didn’t have the hot cinnamon rolls out and they would only keep 1-2 yogurts and cold items in the fridge so there was no variety and you had to track down a staff member if the last item was taken. I would still stay here again, just some minor things they could do to make it better.

The hotel met 99% of our expectations. Friendly staff. Clean room. Great breakfast offerings. I like to make myself a mocha in the morning, so I was disappointed there wasn’t any chocolate packets. Otherwise, everything was great!
