We booked this hotel only for a night as there was no availability for more nights. What a shame! What a beauty!

The villa enjoys a tranquil countryside setting while still offering convenient access to Bologna’s main attractions. Guests often take advantage of the nearby hiking trails, visit the Marconi Museum, or make the scenic trip to the Basilica of San Luca. That said, some visitors have found the property a bit tricky to locate at first, citing its remote position and the presence of several entrance gates as potential challenges during arrival.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ca' Palazzo Malvasia in Sasso Marconi with two friends, and it was a truly delightful experience. This charming bed and breakfast is housed in a beautifully preserved 17th-century hunting lodge, nestled within a large private park—a peaceful escape just 13 km from the center of Bologna
