Great location! Good quality of breakfast. Cleaning of the room depends on the staff who is doing it: we had different experiences in different days. We booked a room with complementary access to wellness and lounge. The wellness area is very helpful for relaxation. Within lounge area we enjoyed the fresh coffee, which was of a much better quality than the one served during breakfast. What is important to mention, on hotel’s website is written that this is a luxury hotel. Therefore our expectations were quite high, considering also the high price paid for a double room for a 3 days stay. However the hotel is not that “luxury” as pretends. Beside the fact that the rooms are not refurbished and the furniture is obsolete, there is a persistent food smell everywhere, on the floors, within the rooms and also on the rooftop terrace of the jacuzzi. But the restaurant area indeed looks renovated and we had polite staff serving the breakfast. The bathrobes and towels could be plush or could be also obsolete. The amenities are of a good quality indeed. Maybe the Suites are more luxurious inside then the classic rooms, we don’t know it for sure. Even if overall we enjoyed the stay, and were happy to stay so close to Old town square, in our opinion the hotel is overpriced, at least with regards to the classical rooms offer.
