Spaciousness of the apartment and its facilities

The flooring lifting at the bathroom door not being resolved despite being shown to us on arrival. The challenge of the uphill return to the complex

El apartamento es muy amplio.La cocina totalmente equipada incluidos lavavajillas y lavadora. La terraza es muy agradable y permite comer en ella con vistas a la piscina.La urbanización es muy tranquila y la ubicación muy buena, en 5 minutos caminando estás en el centro de Funchal. Cuenta con plaza de aparcamiento propia algo que se agradece muchísimo en ese barrio.

Por añadir algo sería recomendable mejorar la comodidad de las sillas de la terraza y si bien cuenta con mosquiteras en todas las ventanas es recomendable llevar algún producto para ahuyentar los mosquitos ya que al entrar y salir a la terraza y estando en el jardín es inevitable que entren.

Good location. Quite central to shops and restaurants. Apartment in good location , clean and lots of amenities, ground floor. Nice pool. Can’t complain about the apartment and overall location.

The steep hill up to the hotel. I’m only 45 but it killed us every time we went back to the apartment. Ok if you hire a car because there’s parking up the top of the hill. The agency for the apartment emailed me on the day we were flying to tell us to meet them at the airport to get the apartment keys. So was already at the hotel when I phoned them and realised we should have met them at the airport. Not very convenient as I didn’t look at my emails the day we were travelling. Also emailed them to ask where to leave the keys on departing. They never answered so had to call them. There’s a couple of kids that live at the complex they go out of there way to splash you when they are in the pool. Even when your dressed and just walking by.
