could have been a bit more tidy, especially toilet and kitchen floors. No permanent heating so a bit cold and moist at this time of year. Got an extra heater when asked, though

We arrived unexpectedly late (1am) due to a flight delay but Luz came anyway to let us in which would have been tough on her but she was very welcoming despite the hour! We were so happy to finally be there and to such a homey feeling property! We loved the roof deck and the comfy beds. The lounge and new tv were excellent and a great place to relax. Cooking supplies were plentiful and stove top was easy to use and everything was spotless. There was a nice bathroom with a powerful shower (luxury!). The area was quiet and felt like a proper escape. We had a very enjoyable week!

A few more large tea/coffee mugs would have been great! This is all I can think of 😂

Very well equipped, location close to city centre and overall very good value for money! On top of that: good information in advance and smooth check-in by Sidónia - the on site agent.

Nothing. Only some advise to others: tap in kitcen need some rime to get warm.

Cockroachs in showrer was not good.
