Two rooms for a week each and each day seemed to get better. The staff was incredible from helping with our late check in, advice on areas to go and comfortable feeling in the rooms. Only complaint: the stay wasn’t long enough

This is a lovely place. The rooms are decorated and maintained to a high standard. The only issue for us was the room was very small and we had an internal window facing the courtyard which meant there was very little natural light. I would have expected this room to be a bit cheaper based on that.

Wonderful location in the centre of Verona. Michela couldn't have been more helpful even allowing us to have use of our room on the last day as we had a late flight home. Breakfast was fantastic and the Nespresso machine was a lovely touch. Highly recommend and thank you Michela and team!

There were a few issues. They have no staff. While the person in charge tries her best, it is too much. our shower flooded. We had to wait 20 minutes on the street for her to arrive. The property is nice, high ceilings and beautiful furniture, but it is very far from a service standard.

We went here for our wedding trip and we could not have asked for a better stay. Our room was most romantic and highly detailed in the most delightful fashion. Yet everything was clean and up to date. We must also point out the impeccable service carried out by Michela. She was incredibly helpful throughout our entire stay! In conclusion: it was the perfect place for a wedding trip! Best regards from Sandra and Viktor

The host was really nice and the breakfast good. The room was big and exactly like in the photos. It's directly next to the pedestrian street, close to bars, restaurants and cafés. When we come to Verona again, we certainly hope there are still rooms free! Thanks for a lovely stay!

Try difficult to find and poor sign posting . Would benefit from directions before arrival and to nearest public parking .we had a very late night at opera night before & staff came to ask at 9am if we were still coming for breakfast which started at &.30 to 10. Beautiful room & very nice bathroom - great shower but no face cloths provided

Check in was easy, location was awesome- 2 blocks to the main piazza, room was spacious and comfortable with tons of old world charm, updated, modern bathroom, very quiet, and a cool little balcony. Breakfast had everything you could ask for- fresh fruit, eggs cooked your way, freshly made coffee your way, all kinds of cakes, croissants, cereal, fresh juice, etc.

Very nice and clean, comfy beds and pillows. Only stayed one night, found everything we could wish for close by: pizzeria, gelateria, sights and great host. Arrived after closing of reseption but got both e-mail and sms with instructions on how to enter the property. So happy with our stay!

This palazzo has been in the Borsari family for longer than they can remember. It has been exquisitely decorated, and is situated on a gorgeous street, with high-end shops. Walk out the door and go in any direction to find shoes, restaurants, and historic sites. Verona is an imminently walkable city to begin with, and this B&B is near it all. The breakfasts were wonderful- best croissants ever, fresh fruit, pastries, juices, coffee and eggs to order. Can’t think of a single negative thing to say, we will go back!

Sorry to say that I didn’t get to stay there because of a lack of organization... check in is from 3 to 7 pm and they send me an email about the keys being in some sort of a mail box 10 minutes before they close the doors and I stay outside with a poor connection not aware of this email so had to find another hotel... And on top of that they won’t refund me , because I wasn’t or didn’t read very well, like I’m being punished...thanks for nothing Bonanza residence

Wonderfully located, gracious vintage building with large and comfortable public spaces. This boutique hotel is about 5 minutes from each of the two major piazze. Important sights, shopping, cafes and restaurants are all close by. My room had plenty of space, including a small balcony, and double sinks in the bathroom. Lots of storage, comfortable bed, excellent water pressure and dependable WiFi. Breakfast had everything you could want, including farm-fresh eggs provided by Luigi, the owner and a very charming guy. Rebecca, who runs the day-to-day operations, is also very kind and helpful.

We had no hot water in our room. We complained each day (we spent 3 nights there), the problem was temporarily cured, but resumed shortly thereafter. I was never able to take a hot shower. No discount was provided, even though we made the request.

The apartment was reasonably well appointed. Once you managed to get in and find where reception was(2nd floor which isn't apparent) the service was good. Well stocked mini bar. Tea/coffee supplied bit no milk. Overall 8/10.
