Residenza Girardi

The location was great, right in the centre of everything and very easy to find. It was easy to communicate with the hosts. The room was comfortable, large and had a lovely walk in wardrobe area. There is no reception so one of the staff had to come to meet us. This meant they were flexible on the check-in times.

The air conditioner started pouring with water after a night of use. What started as a small drop every now and again became a steady stream which we had to soak up with towels and collect with water bottles. Not something that you expect even if it is on for a while. This meant we had to turn it off for regular intervals which made the room warmer than we would have liked. The safe did not work and upon asking for a new one/if the existing one could be fixed I was told ‘nothing can be done sorry’. Not great considering they could easily be replaced. Baggage drop does not open until 11 which is a little odd.

The location is really good, very close all important points, the room was very clean,stuff was very helpful,

There is no human to talk, everything is digital and you should follow online information,

Great location, easy walking distance to everything. Comfortable soft mattress. Modern room with amenities.

Had only 1 towel each for 5 days, and anser we got " this is not a hotel" No posibility ta wash clothes, No cleaning products, No kitchen equipment eksept 2 knives and forks. Electrical socket loose from the wal. It was disapointing. And we didnt gett Anny moren answers on questions.
