Song Toan and his daughter Chinh were 2 of the kindest people you’ll ever meet. They helped out arranging so my stay in Phong Nha was a time I’ll never forget. The room was great everything I needed. Thanks to the Toan family

The room wqs very cleqn and so was the hotel. The food wqs delicious and the hotel owner a d her famimy were very nice and very welcoming

Oh wow! I loved my stay at Song Toan Hotel! Their garden and pool area are one of the most beautiful spots I have stayed at, with the big lush mountains looming over you in the background.
The staff (family runned place) was so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included in the price. The menu wasn't big, but the owner makes the breakfast fresh for you upon order.
For the price I played I can't be any thing else than super satisfied. The room was clean and the toilet was big as well. The ceiling is really high (ca 3,5 m) so the room feels very airy. The room also had both fan and AC.
The owner can help you with anything: book tours, day trips, hiking, bus tickets, rent motorbike etc.
Negative things: There was no fridge in the room, but I was never in need of one. And some might think that the bed is too hard. I have back problems so I need a firm bed.
