Our room #303, I believe faced out over the rice fields. Beautiful view. Hotel was basically empty. Rooftop pool on second floor had to ourselves.

I booked this property in May of this year and I was confused with a lot in Vietnam, but Cuba helped me book everything and gave us a great deal on our room. He is very easygoing and extremely selfless. I have countless stories that amounted in the last two days alone about how amazing and hospitable Cuba was for us during our stay. Everything was clean, and the breakfast included was great. Highly recommend staying and I will when I come to phong nha again!

Great, affordable stay in Phong Nah. Cuba was very helpful organised a trip to the caves.

- Good location, close to the centre but in a quiet area
- Comfy bed, had a good sleep
- Had a gym, small but satisfactory
- Host was helpful and knowledgeable when asking questions
- Breakfast was tasty
- The view from the room is beautiful
- Host was asking what we were doing everyday in an attempt to try sell us an activity. We felt this way as they never said good morning or how are we. This made us feel like there wasn’t any genuine care for us and just saw us as something to extract money from.
- We were a bit baffled that we were charged for using the gym.
- We stayed four nights and our room was never cleaned. In hindsight, we could have asked but I’ve never experienced this.
- We booked a more expensive room due to the private balcony, but unfortunately, it was a communal balcony.
