The place is brand new, with a nice room, comfortable bed and good shower. The best thing is the pool and view. The location is not the most central, though there are a few restaurants very close by. To the more central part it's a short drive or bicycle ride (wich the owner landed us to use for free while our stay there). We really liked it!!!!!

Recently opened, so everything is new and fresh. Located away from the main part of town, so quiet, but plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby with river views.
The staff are wonderfully kind, helpful and generous. Lee provided us with plenty of useful information about tours and restaurants and we enjoyed taking to him about Vietnamese life and culture.
We had laundry done and got it back a few hours later. They also gave us a ride into town to catch our bus.
It's an ideal spot to relax and explore the area and the staff make everything easy. We'd absolutely stay here again.
