Service is exceptional. Staff met us at transfer car in the rain to help with luggage. When they became aware of our 430AM departure, sandwiches and coffee were ready to take with us. Hotel is lovely, across from the Black Sea. Staff is welcoming and responsive. Highly recommend!!!

Everything was perfect. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was delicious. Staff was super polite and helpful. Transfer from/to airport was on-time. Special thank you to Oyatullo for helping out with transfer and accommodation.
