I needed a place near airport for one night. Breakfast is included, perfect to get loaded for the start of the day. The view to the sea is amazing. Staff is friendly speaks Russian and English. Room was clean. It is just by the sea and before or after breakfast you can go for a walk.
It might be harder to get from airport to the hotel by public transportation. I was not 100% sure and I landed at 23:30 (not the best time to use public transportation for solo-woman traveler) and ordered a transfer. But I loved the stay for its close proximity to the water. And it definitely worth it for my one night overlay.

The restaurant food and breakfast was very good. Airport shuttle also very convenient. Location across the road from beach. Staff all very friendly and helpfull.
Usman, one of the restaurant staff, was exceptional - went out of his way to make sure we were happy.
Stayed three days and the room was not serviced ie., water not replaced and rubbish not cleared.
The location is very good for a one night stay, or if you don't plan to do anything other than go to the beach. Other than that, you are over an hour by car to
the city or two hours if you try public transport. A return trip by car (Uber) will cost at least $160 (Aus).

Nice personnel
The bed and pillows were uncomfortable , TV only had a “smart” mode and didn’t show regular channels.
