Great experience from start to finish! We were welcomed by the host at high level. Very clean and comfortable room for staying, tasty food, hosts are always ready to help with anything, very close to the beach. I got everything that I was looking for with that staying.

Great sea view. Decent price which matched the experience. Nice accessibility from IST airport (20 min of taxi ride).
Friendly staff (not speaking English, but trying hard with the Google translator), prepared the breakfast for us in the early morning.
Room and bathroom equipment were worn out, sometimes rusty. Windows were not clean.
The walk to the public beach where you can swim took us about 20 min one way.
Not a very large selection in the hotel restaurant (but you can go to the other ones in the city).
