Usually, I don’t have a good time in Istanbul during my frequent layovers as I find most people trying to scam you. However, the staff at this hotel is extremely nice and go out of their way to help you out. I strongly recommend this hotel!

The location of the hotel is very good for those looking to stay close to the airport. However, the facilities aren’t as extensive as other hotels I have stayed at in the region, for example there were no toothbrushes placed for guests, although slippers and soap was provided. The prices of the menu were quite inflated for guests compared to the average Turkish restaurant in Istanbul.
The room itself was damp with damp marks on the walls and the smell of damp quite apparent. The air conditioning was great and really cooled the room down, but the tv remote did not work.
I really appreciated the airport shuttle service and would greatly recommend to those looking for hassle free travel.
The communication was exceptional, with a very fast and efficient answering of messages via email and WhatsApp.

Location could be better, but it was not more than 10 minutes from the metro, easy walk. Offered food even tho it was in the middle of the night!
