    We had never stayed at a Graduate Hotel but will definitely look for them in other cities.

    Absolute worst stay of any hotel I've ever stayed at and that includes one motel that had roaches in the light fixtures Stayed for 5 days with zero housekeeping. Not once during the stay did they make up the room even though we asked for it multiple times. They didn't even empty the trash until we badgered them several times a day. We were told there was a fridge in the room. There was not. Looked everywhere. No fridge. There were suspicious stains in the bathroom and to top it off, the bathroom door didn't close even when we tugged on it. Complaints to the front desk did nothing. They couldn't even take out regular trash perhaps it was asking too much. I've had better service and daily housekeeping at far far cheaper hotels. For the prices they were changing, this was an absolute scam. Save your money. Stay away.
