Beautiful hotel, clean room, excellent beds and bedding, updated bath and shower. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Guests opening outside door from the dining room, and letting cold air inside where people are eating. Very rude.

The room was spacious, clean, quiet, comfortable and very well equipped. The front desk personnel were uniformly friendly and efficient and the area around the hotel is very pleasant. Very close to the MSU campus, but in the woods. There's a large center in easy walking distance with a wide variety of restaurants and other services.
The breakfast was OK, but rather unimaginative. I would have appreciated a wider selection of fresh fruit (bananas and apples, for example, in addition to oranges). I appreciated the EV charger, but one car was parked at it all day and night.
