    I think the hotel is very well located, it is near the Sloterdijk station which will take you to Amsterdam Central in less than 10mins. If you’re planning to go to other cities as well, there are possibilities that there are direct trains from this station. Another plus point is that the hotel is very clean and looks new or well take care of, so it made our stay much more convenient. The room is also spacious with a mini pantry, so we got everything that we needed. Thank you!

    The hotel's location isn't hard to find, but we couldn't find it the first time we arrived. It turns out it's behind a building. I suggest the hotel put up some signs to help others find the hotel from the Sloterdijk train station. We prepared our dinner at the hotel every day to save money, which was good since the hotel provides kitchen in the room. As we used the kitchen room daily, we washed the dishes using the dish wash liquid after dinners and cleaned the oven, just like at home. But when I used up the dish wash liquid and asked for a small extra bottle, the hotel staff said no, because they only provide a 20ml bottle upon check-in. We stayed for five nights, and they only gave us one 20ml bottle. I personally think this is too stingy. The hotel staff told me to go to Jumbo supermarket to buy some, which we knew, but is buying such a large bottle reasonable? What if we don't use it all? On the last night, I asked the hotel staff about other positive aspects, but they were all negated. I feel really bad that they can't even give us an extra small bottle of dish soap. Another thing that struck me as odd was that they didn't actually have air conditioning. I asked the hotel staff, and they said the temperature numbers only indicated the room temperature and couldn't be lowered. I felt stuffy and uncomfortable in the hotel that afternoon, so I asked the staff, and they told me the truth. So I said it depends, if you don’t cook using their kitchen in room, I think that’s ok, otherwise you better prepare to buy extra dish wash liquid. Also if people using go out early and return very late , again the air conditioning issue is not an issue because at the end of April, Holland is cold in the morning and freezing at night, it is only hot in the afternoon.
