Les hôtes étaient adorables, très disponibles et aux petits soins, Alberto nous a donné plein de recommandations de lieux à découvrir et des conseils pour vivre une superbe expérience à Amsterdam ! On s'est sentis à la maison tout du long :) Le lit de la small double room est particulièrement confortable, la décoration est de très bon goût et originale, les petits-déjeuners sont royaux (très varié, présentation soignée, digne d'un hôtel), il y a la possibilité de louer des vélos pour des prix plus que raisonnables ce qui fait gagner du temps par rapport à une location auprès d'une enseigne professionnelle. Le lieu est très agréable, calme et proche d'un superbe parc. + il y a un chat <3

Peut-être qu'une lampe supplémentaire dans la small double room serait utile, malgré notre amour des lumières tamisées, cela manquait parfois de luminosité pour chercher nos affaires. Le fait que les WCs et la douche soit dans la même pièce n'est pas toujours pratique mais c'est okay

Our stay in Amsterdam was absolutely perfect, thanks to this wonderful private apartment and our incredibly thoughtful host. The Location & Atmosphere The apartment is situated right next to Rembrandtpark. Having breakfast while looking out the window at the lush greenery of the park was the highlight of our mornings. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, ensuring a restful night's sleep without any noise disturbance. The Host's Hospitality From the moment we booked, the communication was seamless. The host contacted us via WhatsApp to confirm extra requirements and helped us navigate our arrival based on real-time traffic. Upon check-in, we received a masterclass in local living: from restaurant and bar recommendations to mastering Amsterdam’s cycling rules and even how to predict the weather using cloud maps! Room & Facilities The room was cozy, stylish, and spotlessly clean (not a speck of dust!). The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and though it’s a private room in a shared apartment, the privacy was excellent—it felt like a quiet sanctuary. We also appreciated the convenience of having a small fridge and tea-making facilities in the kitchen. Breakfast & Community The breakfast was a treat! Each morning, our host personally prepared a rich, delicious spread. It was wonderful to chat in the common area during breakfast to get authentic tips for our daily sightseeing. Transportation & Cycling Tip The location is very convenient, just a few minutes' walk to several tram stations. If you choose to cycle, it’s about a 20-minute ride to the city center. A quick tip for future guests: Amsterdam cycling requires some skill, as most bikes use back-pedal brakes (coaster brakes). You’ll need to be comfortable controlling your speed in a busy environment, but it’s the best way to see the city!

The hosts are a wonder! So attentive and accommodating. Breakfast was amazing and I recommend purchasing it. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. The accommodation is located right next to the park so it’s quiet during the night. Its positioning makes it easy to reach Amsterdam city center easily.

The smaller room is a little bit uncomfortable for tall people or people with reduced mobility. The bathroom is small, too, so extra care is needed when navigating the facility. However, the hosts always tried to make sure we are having a great time, so I would recommend it.
