    We had an incredible stay at The Standard. From the thoughtfully curated interiors to the top-tier amenities—like the fully equipped gym and stunning pool—everything was exceptional. Having multiple world-class restaurants and a breathtaking rooftop bar right on-site turned the property into an absolute playground for us.

    It’s not cheap, but its way more value then other bkk 5 star hotels. Conveniently located near Chong Nongsi BTS and Silom. I like the style of the hotel. Its stylist but yet warm and comfortable. Love the shower area and toilet bowl. City View is also great! Love the breakfast. It has a little buffet and ala cart buffet as well. The Thai milk tea is addictive! Staff are all very warm, welcoming and friendly. Love love love the gym, one of the best hotel gym I ever visited. Well equipped and spacious, there are some hyrox related equipments as well! I love that there is the Mahanakorn cube at the side of the main hotel building and it provides lots of food & beverages choices (as well as massage parlor). Just one minor compliant: there is actually no shelter between the main hotel building and the Mahanakorn Cube. So when it started to rain heavily, there is no way to avoid getting wet. I thought this point is important as the Mahanakorn Cube is linked directly to the bts station. So I am curious why the shelter is not linked all the way to the hotel. I think it’s because of the design, but design cannot win practicality.

    location is great, right next to a BTS station. amenities and facilities are showing age, you can see some parts of the hotel are not being maintained properly. overall experience seems to have become less personal since the hotel was acquired by the Hyatt Group, staff used to be warmer but now seems more corporate. overall decent value for money.
