We usually stay elsewhere and decided based on location and apartment style rooms to stay at the floral court. From the moment we checked in, to when we left. all the staff are absolutely wonderful across reception, the restaurant and cleaning. The hotel is a short stroll to Sukhumvit rd and the nana bts. We will certainly make the floral court our go to hotel when staying in Bangkok. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality.

First time here for us. I have stayed at many hotels in this area but this takes the cake. This is more of an appartment hotel but with 5-star service. From check-in until check-out we got the best of service, staying in their smallest room that was 69 square meters. It felt like a modern appartment with a bedroom, living room and a kitchen. The pool area was nice with sunshine in the morning until at least after noon (probably a few hours more, but we never stayed that long). We felt like the staff really cared for their guest, genuinely! The area is perfect as well; close to soi 11 but still quiet, not far from Asok and even closer to Nana BTS. We will absolutely return here. I cannot fault anything.

The room we booked was very spacious with all amenities (they provide loccitane shower gel). The bed is comfy and kitchenette was very clean with everything you need. A tuktuk is available during the day to go to the main sukhumvit road. Overall it was a very nice stay. Small issue: they didn't provide creamer on the first day and didn't provide daily tea bags.

Staffs were polite and friendly, it was a nice place to stay. However... On the night of arrival our shower was out of hot water and water pressure was super low. We asked for hotel staff's help, they said the problem can only be fixed next morning. There was also no other 1 bedroom suites for us to swap to. So they offered us to shower in an empty 3 bedroom suite in another building across ours (same hotel premise). We have to bring our shower toiletries/ clean clothes/ towels etc and walk over to the other room to shower, which was a bit ridiculous. Yet it was the only thing we can do at that moment so we accepted, and the shower went back to normal the next day. I am surprised that the hotel did not compensate us for anything, such as free snacks or drinks (we consumed some snacks by the pool and mini bar which were fully paid at check out) or any room discounts or coupons for next visit etc. We didnt request either, but I think it will be nice if the Hotel can offer something after such unfortunate incident for the guests.
