    New renovation great location and quiet but close to Soi 11 and terminal 21. Great bed and big room. Staff are very friendly and helpful

    Clean and modern hotel, had a slight maintenance issue which was resolved quickly. Some renovation ongoing upstairs during the day but noise mostly under control. Nice pool area upstairs while small is functional. Will def stay again, convenient to everything you need.

    Perfect location if you want to be near the Nana Station but still want a quiet night's sleep. It's an easy walk to the BTS station and Terminal 21 mall, plus the hotel has a free Tuk-Tuk shuttle to drop you at the main road.

    The hotel is located well within walking distance of Nana Station. There are no vending machines or restrooms in the lobby, but there are spacious chairs both inside and outside where you can sit comfortably. It also seems that smoking is allowed outside. The staff are kind, polite, and helpful. Overall, the service is more than satisfactory for the price. However, I would not recommend staying here between June 18 and July 31, 2026. The reason is that the swimming pool is under renovation during this period. During this time, the pool cannot be used at all, and guests have to go to a sister hotel about 200 meters away to use a pool. By the time you return to the hotel after swimming, it no longer feels worth it. In addition, the renovation work creates quite a lot of noise from around 9:00 a.m. The noise is loud enough to wake you up even if you are sleeping in your room. For those who want to enjoy a slow and relaxing morning, I have to say this hotel is not suitable during this period. That said, the location and service are well worth the price. I would definitely recommend staying here from August onward.
