    The location is spectacular with doorstep access to the MRT station line to quickly go anywhere. The hotel is located in the centre of Bangkok, so a lot of the shopping areas are walkable. The hotel is clean, well presented and spacious. The staff are particularly nice, especially the door staff and concierge. Highly recommend this hotel for a short stay.

    This is my 2nd stay with Athenee but it is a disappointing one. I registered for early check at the counter and I was told that my luggages will be delivered to room later the day. The luggages was not delivered, informed counter but they deliver someone else's. The greeting card in the room was addressed to someone else. After feedback, the second card was wrong again with incorrect salutation. Afterall, this quality of service is not what i expected to be receiving on my second return. For the time being, we will not be consider this hotel for future stay.
