We came to Bangkok during my friend's birthday. The warmth of the team made it incredibly special — from Front Office and F&B to Housekeeping and Engineering, everyone was thoughtful, attentive and genuinely kind.
Beautiful birthday surprises, wonderful Thai food, and so many personal touches throughout our stay. We especially loved the hand-drawn cards and little notes — you could really feel the heart behind the service.
A special thank you to Toomy, Cream, Yanin, June, Top, New, Milk and Film, and all the wonderful team members whose names we didn’t get to learn.
We arrived for a hotel stay and left with a beautiful memory. ขอบคุณมากค่ะ 🙏❤️

Sukhothai looks fabulous and has great facilities, however service and substance let it down badly.
From arrival, service lets it down, and it certainly can nor compete with the best 5 star hotels in Bangkok. First impressions are clouded when the checkin staff try to upsell to every customer - ‘ your room isn’t available, however for X you can upgrade and access your room now. Otherwise you are forgotten about.
Secondly, and sadly the Exec Lounge is merely playing at being high-end. Staff are badly trained, food average, personal service non-existent - yet they look very busy, even when no one is there.
