The welcome by our hosts was exceptional. We could not have been made more welcome, even the dog came to greet us. Such a wonderful place. Friendly, hospitable, comfortable. Definitely on our list of places to stay again.

Amazing Place to stay, I wish I had more days to stay there. Titti the owner is a lovely lady, welcoming and she goes above and beyond to help. The house is clean and super comfortable. Breakfast was simple but prepared with lots of love. Totally recommend this place to stay.

The owners was so sweet and welcoming! And a beautiful area! Cozy restaurant just nearby where we had really good food. The comfort however was not up to standard: the double bed were very very soft and the actual duvets and linen was quite old and a bit smelly. The place was extremely noisy as well as one could literally hear the guests farting and sneezing upstairs as well as flushing the toilet. The breakfast was alright. Again the hostess was really really friendly and nice and we even got a farewell present upon check out. We would actually love to come back in the summer if the place just had better beds as the comfort of beds really mean a lot to us. As well as no noise.

Out in the middle of nowhere, with a view over the mountains, this little gem is hidden. The owner is a absolutely charming old lady, who lives too in the house dating back close to 800 years! There is a restaurant just a few minutes walk along the road that you might want to try out too.

Highly recommend!! Amazing views of the country side and only 15 min away from either Florence or Bologna! The owners are incredible people and very helpful... in every way! Can't wait to return, next time I'll plan on spending my entire vacation at that location!

This is a really unusual gem run by two lovely people who were lovely and very helpful. We were welcomed almost as part of their family and enjoyed sharing their little bit of paradise on the side of the hillside. Beautiful views. Few facilities on site apart from sitting peacefully looking at the scenery but that is very worthwhile.

it is a very nice farm house !!!! very nice place to stay!!!!! breakfast was so good and the house was so clean and tidy !!!!and the host was very nice too !!!!! strongly recommend the people !!!!!!! and just friendly reminder, the address that provide from hotels.com is not correct !!!!so please put Fattoria Ca' di Fatino in to the GPS instead of using their adddres that hotels.com provide!!! that is not correct !!!!

Superlative. The setting is magnificent, nestled in the hills with sensational sweeping views. It’s a restored 1780s farmhouse run by a Swiss-Italian couple, who treat their guests like family. More like the families on old TV shows. It’s a working farm with dozens of horses, 3 dogs, a cat, and a handful of chickens (whose fresh eggs are served every morning). Everything is clean, comfortable, and well appointed, but don’t come here looking for plush. About 200m away is an unassuming restaurant with terrific local food and good service at a reasonable price. The place is close enough to the highways to be close to lots of fantastic day trips, but far enough away to be truly rustic and relaxing. We were there for a long time and the other guests were uniformly friendly and neighborly. Definitely highly recommend.
