Rent new refurbishment of a beautifully furnished apartment (4/5 beds), for short periods (3 or more days) in the center of Riola di Vergato, in front of the train station and close to the main services (post office, bank, supermarket) , elementary and middle school ....). Riola is a quiet village not far from Bologna (30 minutes by train), Grizzana Morandi and Porretta Terme (10 minutes by train). The city of Florence is easily reachable by train (1 1/2 hours)
The small urban core of Riola offers many opportunities for artistic and cultural visits, such as the Church of Santa Maria Assunta, designed and finalized in the last part of the twentieth century by the now lost Finnish architect Alvar Aalto, and the imposing Rocchetta Mattei, to reconcile the medieval and the middle-eastern style of the Arabic line following an obviously eclectic taste.
Nearby you can also remember the sporting attractions of the Lago- di Suviana and Brasimone basin and the hot thermal waters of Porretta Terme.

Posso solo dire che è stato tutto oltrele mie aspettative, i padroni di casa disponibilissimi a fare in modo che questa breve vacanza diventasse un periodo da ricordare e da ripetere al più presto. La casa si trova fuori dal contesto di Porretta ma a 10 minuti di macchina per cui è l'ideale per poter usufruire del centro termale e non essere nel caos del centro. L'appartamento è arredato e tenuto molto bene, soddisfa tutte le esigenze necessarie che uno può avere in vacanza e ho scoperto che si trova in un posto strategico per visitare alcune bellezze nei dintorni che a me sono stati insegnati dai proprietari stessi: es. Rocchetta Matteri, bacino di Suviana, borgo medievale La Scola ecc. Merita veramente la cifra richiesta e soprattutto mi ha lasciato la voglia di ripetere al più presto un " weekend lungo" di questo genere.
