The receptionists on both the day and night shifts were nice. I have a baby and was checking out a little late, about 40 minutes, but they were very understanding of customers with babies. The only downside is the air conditioning. Perhaps because the room is quite large, even after running the air conditioner for two or three hours, it wasn't very cool. Luckily, the air conditioner is facing the bed, so it was still acceptable. It should be suitable for someone who don't like the cold.

The room we booked was a bit misleading. A Superior Bungalow turned out to be the most inferior room attached to the cleaners quarters and hidden away from the actual bungalows. The room needs a lick of paint big time, and it didn't have a fan, mosquito net etc as pictured. When we arrived, there was just a really old, loud mini fridge which was difficult to sleep through the sound of. Although some of the staff were friendly, overall there was a feeling of being unwelcome. The breakfast is just eggs cooked one of 3 ways, a single piece of bacon and bread which was disappointing, and not great for a multi day stay as it gets boring very fast. The manager and his wife have a young boy that is sweet but poorly behaved, this wouldn't be an issue by itself but he doesn't seem to understand boundaries. Having a young baby we had to ask him multiple times to not throw the baby's toys on the floor, and he even threw a beach ball at out 6 months old's head. When asking his parents (the management) politely if they could ask him to be careful as our child is so young and we are trying to relax, it was met with a turned up nose. Children will be children, but allowing your much older child to swim naked in the pool and harass guests is poor management. It was Khmer New Year, so we didn't expect it to be quite, that being said some of the rooms where packed with mattresses on the floor and people blaring out bass music, something I feel takes away from the word 'Resort'. We do appreciate that a makeshift mosquito net was put in our room and a dirty freestanding fan was provided, but overall the stay was disappointing.
