With so many hotels in Siem Reap, it can be hard to make a choice... but this one is really worth it! We recently completed a 3-night stay here and absolutely loved the overall experience. The property itself is beautiful, and we thoroughly enjoyed spending time by the fantastic pool and eating the delicious breakfast every morning. Room where beautiful and well thought off. What truly stands out about this resort is the hospitality. The staff is incredibly attentive, warm, and constantly smiling. Even the gardeners and pool cleaners would stop what they were doing just to look up, smile, and say hello to us. It is rare to see that level of genuine care and friendliness from an entire team. Like any property, unexpected issues can happen, but the management handled everything with total class and standard-setting professionalism. They went out of their way to make things right for us, showing how much they truly care about their guests' experience. If you are trying to decide where to stay in Siem Reap, look no further. This place is a true gem, and we cannot recommend it enough!

This is a place I love coming to whenever I feel exhausted by everyday life and need a break. Surrounded by nature, it’s the perfect place to recharge both your body and mind. There are different themed areas throughout the property, so there’s always something interesting to see and explore. Both kids and adults can enjoy their time here. And the breakfast here is honestly the BEST I’ve had compared to anywhere else! 😍 The only downside is that there seem to be more and more monkeys around, which can be a little scary. It would also be wonderful if they could add a small playground for younger children. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

We booked a room showing a balcony with nature surrounding. Instead they gave us a room that had a partially enclosed balcony that overlooked reception and the parking lot. It’s both loud and not scenic. They said if we want to pick our room to match the photos, we need to book direct and that they post many room options under one room type on agoda. I feel that they should not advertise something, without being able to provide it. Listening to the car park is not ideal. In the morning we were having difficulty booking a passapp tuk tuk to deli (a cafe just five minutes from the property). The receptionist said he would book it for us then told us we need to pay $15 for one way. Obviously we said no, our ride from Kampot by tuktuk was just 7$. How can a ride to a nearby cafe be $15? We were able to get service and book through passapp and the ride cost under $2. The property is beautiful, just ensure that you confirm your room because they don’t respect what is posted on agoda and also organize your own transportation because maybe the receptionist will scam you.
