Beautifully restored hotel, large rooms with sitting area.
Be aware there is NO staff. We were there two days and didn’t see another person. Also, breakfast was NOT provided as advertised. There was a sign at the desk indicating breakfast served daily but was not.
Also, Sunday and Monday all the shops/restaurants are closed. It is a cute walkable town however.

Older property but perfect for a staycation. The restaurant, bar and hotel are under the same roof and the staff for each are efficient and accommodating

Staying here is an experience. It is a great experience if that is what you're looking for. The location is great. The library is unique (I loved it). There is no staff around, giving you a strong sense of independence. It is a beautiful, old-timey hotel.
However, the ceiling lights did not work, and you couldn't look out the windows: they were frosted and were covered with a heavy, dark curtain.
