The 2 bedroom loft was ridiculously huge. The service was impeccable. On arrival we had 4 different people assisting us with check in… driver, bellhop, concierge, butler. They do a great job of making you feel like royalty. VIP lounge, separate entrance to avoid the crowds. The loft itself was beautiful, although could use a bit of an update with an upgrade to a smart system to control light/tv/music. We had some difficulties figuring this out. We were told a renovation is in the works. Of course that will likely mean increased rates. This is a perfect place for families, or couples. Would highly recommend staying here.

An experience you will never forget! Customer service is exceptional. We stayed in the 2 bedroom skyloft and the views were outstanding. Our butler was awesome.

I can’t say enough great things about the Skylofts. The entire experience was so professional, organized, top tier and exclusive. Everyone from the front desk staff to the drivers, concierge and the butler were phenomenal.
