    Staff is very kind and the room is very comfortable and clean.

    Everything inside is acceptable. Location is acceptable. Room come with aircond. Kitchenette is functional but must bring kitchen towel and silicon mat for pot.

    5 star stay in a great location. Rooms are big compared to Tokyo and Kyoto Station is less than 10mins walk with bus stops also close by. Laundry facilities great.

    While its close to the Kyoto Train Station, it is in a quiet semi residential neighbourhood with a 7-11 close by. That being said it is a small two storey hotel with a basic lobby and amenities. The room does have a small counter kitchenette, but the hallways smelled musty and the property was not that impressive for the price we paid.
