    What I really loved ? The Canopy Hotel in New Orleans is simply amazing! First off, the location is perfect: just steps away from the streetcar and the French Quarter - you couldn't ask for better if you want to explore the city. The welcome was exceptional, especially from Ron who greeted me. That first contact is really important to me, and here, I was won over right from the start. You immediately feel welcomed and taken care of. The room itself is beautiful, spacious, and really pleasant. I particularly appreciated the nice bench seating, the refrigerator, and the Nespresso machine (even though personally, I'm not a huge fan of that brand). The large TV screen with that personalized touch displaying my first name on the welcome screen - it's those kinds of details that make all the difference. The bathroom is very spacious, which is a nice change from the often cramped hotel rooms. At the entrance, the closet area has a good quality iron, which is rare enough to be worth mentioning. What could be improved Honestly, I'm struggling to find things to improve. My experience was truly exceptional from start to finish. If I really had to nitpick, maybe offering an alternative to the Nespresso machine for those who, like me, prefer other coffee systems? But that's really splitting hairs. My overall impression An absolutely exceptional stay. The Canopy Hotel in New Orleans perfectly combines an excellent location, warm and professional service, and spacious rooms with quality amenities. The personalized touches really make a difference and create an atmosphere where you feel valued. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quality hotel in the French Quarter, with impeccable service and comfortable, well-equipped rooms. It's the ideal place to fully enjoy New Orleans in the best conditions. A memorable stay that I wouldn't hesitate to repeat on my next visit to this magnificent city!

    The hotel is dull and the floors in the room are smooth concrete finish!

    Location is 2 mins walk from the airport bus stop and $1.25 a trip! Room was ok no coffee pods supplied. The building is old and the lifts are very slow. Don’t think about eating there the in house menu options are awful and there are plenty of places nearby.
