Excellent location in the heart of everything, safe and private feeling property, huge rooms with comfortable beds, great air conditioning, spacious bathroom, beautiful interior design, and a rooftop patio with an unbeatable view of the Acropolis and Parthenon.

Our stay with Hotel Athinaidos Quarters by K & K was a wonderful experience! The ambiance felt like home with a warm welcoming greeting from Giorgios. He was very helpful and knowledgeable for places to visit and dine, adding to our itinerary. The stay was very comfortable, quiet, and relaxing. To addition the showers were very spacious with a big plus. Thank you for our Athens experience!

The location is excellent and the suites are very cozy and spacious I only did not give 5 start because the mini bar onky have one bottle of water. Water is something that must have an abundance in a room. I had to leave and buy water on the street

Our suite was bigger than expected, super clean, and right in the center of all the action. Large bathrooms and strong a/c! We walked to all our sites including the Acropolis so it's very convenient. And the host was very helpful in giving recommendations and making reservations for us.

Great location! It is near all the sites. It is a busy part of the city which our family loves to be near. The room was clean, spacious, and very beautiful. The jacuzzi looking at the Parthenon was amazing. Yorgos was a great host. He was helpful with restaurant suggestions and transfers.

Great property with a very attentive manager who is always available to help out. Rooms have a charming old world look and feel with modern updates. My only complaint was the noise outside the hotel. Local bars, clubs, and motorcycles created some sleepless nights. We visited on a weekend so maybe during the week it's not so bad. But I would highly recommend this property.

The apartment is very nicely appointed and in a convenient location. Property manager was great to work with. Only downside was that it was located next to some restaurant/bars that were a bit louder after midnight still. The food at those restaurants was great though!

We loved the location, easy to walk to the acropolis and sites. There are 2 great restaurants directly across the street, an amazing icecream place across also - try the peach-rose icecream- and a close by take out gyros place. He can arrange rides for airport pick up, more competitive than uber or taxis. We went to the beach at Vougliagmenti on his recommendation and it was an amazing day. We would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat. It is in town and in a busy street however, If you want to sleep early, be aware that it can be loud late at night. It did not bother us but might bother others. Truly a beautiful hotel with very considerate staff.

Stayed Unique residence. Impressed with interior, bedding, and all other details. I'll definitely stay here again for the next time. Things could be better were 1)only one key is available so it might be a bit inconvenient for a group. 2) no stove-top, no washing machine. But still a very nice place to stay for a family.

It was an amazing hotel experience! Would definitely come back and the soaker tub and shower is beautiful. The decor…beautiful…The service…superb. The view….spectacular…easy to walk everywhere.
