Our recent stay was incredibly disappointing. The room was in poor condition, with damaged furniture and non-working lights. The bathroom needed repairs, and the jacuzzi looked so uninviting I wouldn't use it. Privacy was an issue, as apartments directly faced the balcony, offering a clear view into the room, including the toilet area. To make matters worse, the staff were arrogant and weird, cleaning staff very noisy in the morning, walls are like paper, we had to ask the cleaning team not to shout and play with their phones infront of our door. At breakfast they charged 5.50 euros for a second coffee while making me feel like everything was my fault. No restaurant service on Mondays. The only positive thing is the location.

They both went out of there way to provide us with all info about Athens.
Hotel is in the best position in the monastiraki and very well maintained and presented.
Highly recommend and praise the Hotel and Staff.

I traveled to Santorini and Mykonos before going to Athens, and this was the most expensive hotel from my trip. I thought it would be the best. I was wrong! The entrance is through a restaurant, I feel like anyone can easily go up to the room floors without surveillance. The location of the hotel was exceptional though. My room was cleaned every day, but on my first night, I woke up in the middle of the night with a baby roach on my pillow. I was itchy the whole time while in there and had a few insect bites on my body ( I even showed it to the receptionist on the check out) , so maybe it's time for a deeper cleaning. I booked a room that had a jacuzzi I couldn't use (according to the hotel staff), because I was supposed to use the hotel SPA. You have to book it in advance, and are only allowed to use it for 30 minutes per day. It feels like the hotel is doing you a favor. Breakfast included is provided by the restaurant that is the hotel entrance. You only have a few options to choose from. I would never stay there again.
