    We stay here often; it’s convenient, comfortable and good value for money. Old world charm in reach of most of Hobart’s attractions. Great breakfast.

    The accommodation is on the main road, within walking distance to Coles and many good restaurants in Sandy Bay. The room (room 1) is nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. We can hear the traffic at night but not too loud. The free, self served, continental breakfast is basic with quality breads, butter, yoghurt and cereals. No fresh fruits, no cheese and ham. We didn't receive the check-in instructions because our contact number is not Australian phone number. However, it was quickly resolved when we call the phone number at the door. There is no reception so we can't comment on the staff. However the information folder in the room is informative and very helpful. We had a pleasant stay. Highly recommended
