Our room was small but had everything we needed with a comfy bed & good bathroom. The hotel is full of history and artworks and is walking distance to the harbour, museum & lots of cafes & bars as well as the Mona ferry. The staff were welcoming. The breakfast was good with lots of choice. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

We stayed in a superior room! Nothing exceptional, very basic small room with a table and two chairs! Cold draft coming from the window. No spa as advertised or tub just a walk in shower! No on demand movies as advertised just 3 movies that keep repeating through the day over and over! No apps like Netflix, YouTube etc on the very small basic postage stamp tv! No kitchen essentials like toaster, cutlery etc just a kettle, cups, glasses, no coffee pod machine, instant coffee sachets/tea and a coffee plunger with coffee to purchase for the plunger. No extras for a superior room, so disappointing, as booked the room as a treat and was just like a basic room! No in room iron you have to call reception for one. Staff very friendly, old hotel, clean!
