Just off the CBD with spacious high-ceilinged suites that are spotless and offer a kitchenette to prepare light meals. Reception staff were welcoming and helpful.

I stayed with a group of friends and I had my own room. My room was huge and it was clean. Hallway and elevator was a bit dated and the entramces were a bit confusing but we enjoyed our stay overall. It was close to all the main areas

Mantra one is a great location and very easy to base your trip from apartment to come and go anytime between day trips around Tasmania.
We are enjoying the quiet , clean and very private spot .
I like the friendly staff that went out of their way to book us parking for the time we stayed here .
I would stay here again, it was quite reasonable and extremely comfortable.

My stay at this hotel was unfortunately not very pleasant. The building feels quite old and although some areas seem a bit updated, it still feels outdated overall. The location is also not very convenient as there are no shops nearby. If you need something simple like water or snacks, you have to walk about 10 minutes.
The Wi-Fi in my room was unreliable and kept disconnecting, which made it difficult to work or use the internet properly.
In terms of staff, there was one Asian gentleman who was very friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. However, another older lady at reception was not very welcoming or friendly.
Overall, the stay did not meet my expectations and I probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
