Massive communication breakdown. Twin room was made redundant by new owner and changed to queen. Room listing mentions fridge, air con and closet. What I got was fridge in the shared kitchen, no air con but an open window, and the closet was a 6" wide locker. No mention anywhere that there are no lifts in the building or that entry after hours (3pm) is down a side alley at the back of shops.
I know it's a backpackers, but be clear with the communication. I feel bad for whoever was answering the phones because I think he'd been fielding calls like mine all day.
