We have stayed at this property twice previously in 2018 and 2019 and loved both of our stays. Since then, many small items seem to have fallen into disrepair. In our room there was a crack in the bottom of the bathtub, cracks between the bathtub and the adjacent sleeping area where water collected, a large crack in the glass wall divide between the bathroom and sleeping area, a flickering light in the bathroom and obvious water damage on the floor in sleeping area. The stone sink was cracked in two places as well. Previously, there were beautiful loungers with umbrellas that sat on the decks outside making for an inviting area to relax after a day exploring in the city. Those are now gone. It just does not feel like there is value for the cost any further. It's too bad as we had recommended this property to so many people and will likely no longer do that.

This hotel is walking distance from the Rome terminal but with the train station being so close it was just easier to get a taxi, which was maybe $15. The staff the front desk goes incredibly kind as women were so helpful as I had such a long day prior to checking in. I was able to go down to the restaurant and the man was kind enough to offer if I wanted room service instead, which I did take him up on. The lounge bar had a piano player, which was super cute and very enjoyable. I just wish that I could’ve stayed longer as I would’ve liked to enjoy the thermal baths and spa.

We enjoyed our stay here. Staff was attentive since we arrived. Rooms are nice and modern. Beds are a little hard but comfy enough. Bathroom has some issues, bath door didn't fully close so it leaks a little towards the toilet, sink doesn't drain very well. The complimentary breakfast was definitely appreciated, can't really get picky with free food so it was OK. Overall good place for the price.

Booking doesn’t align with what hotel sees and the child’s cost was same as a couple and city tax is another scam .
