Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. The room was perfect, clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. All of our expectations were met, and every inquiry we had was handled promptly and professionally. The surrounding area was peaceful and quiet, providing a relaxing atmosphere. We also greatly appreciated the restaurant recommendation from the reception team; the food was absolutely delicious and became one of the highlights of our trip. The guesthouse is conveniently located within walking distance of the station. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we felt genuinely welcomed throughout our visit. We would not hesitate to stay here again on our next trip to Rome. A heartfelt thank you to the entire Anthony Guesthouse team for your warm hospitality and excellent service. There was a staff who welcomed us and show the room. Provided water in the fridge water in the kitchen drinkable. Very near to Rome termini station. Safe police and military men are in the area so it’s safe. Near to grocery store CONRAD. Nice towels and fix bed everyday. They have laundry but no dryer only washing machine.

Our first day, no hot water! We have scheduled we end up taking a cold shower although they fixed it at 6:30. Elevator not working upon report they fix it but we already climbed until 5flr with our groceries with bottled water.

Great location, clean and very comfy bed and pillows.

Air con wasn’t very cold

The accommodation is very clean and very secure (we had 3 keys to enter). It was very quiet at night. A hair dryer and an air conditioner is available.

The accommodation needs investment as it feels neglected. The balcony cannot be considered a selling point in its current run‑down condition. There were no English TV channels. The room was small, with only a few hangers, one chair, and very dim lighting. We booked this place because we needed a kitchen to prepare meals due to dietary requirements, but the kitchen was not in good condition, so we only used it for making tea. The tiled floors make every movement noisy, and we were woken before 6am in the mornings due to noise from other guests. Having only one set of keys was also very inconvenient.
