Anthony Guesthouse

Great central location, could walk to all of the major tourist spots, so central. Great dining close to accomodation.

The drains need a good clean out, the smell from the drains in the bathroom was a bit on the nose at times

Great location, good restaurants around

Everything was great

The guesthouse is an ideal location for a few days in Rome. Near Roma Termini main train station and the metro. We received a friendly greeting from the owner and allocated a good sized room which was both comfortable and clean. The owner arranged private transport for us to the airport at 0400 at a very reasonable rate. There is a fully equipped kitchen for communal use.

Nothing

The accommodation is very clean and very secure (we had 3 keys to enter). It was very quiet at night. A hair dryer and an air conditioner is available.

The accommodation needs investment as it feels neglected. The balcony cannot be considered a selling point in its current run‑down condition. There were no English TV channels. The room was small, with only a few hangers, one chair, and very dim lighting. We booked this place because we needed a kitchen to prepare meals due to dietary requirements, but the kitchen was not in good condition, so we only used it for making tea. The tiled floors make every movement noisy, and we were woken before 6am in the mornings due to noise from other guests. Having only one set of keys was also very inconvenient.
