Asked for a quiet room, got a room next to parking lot in a first floor and next to the door outside the building... Breakfast selection was narrow but good.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. Room was basic, clean and adequate. Breakfast was also good, very straightforward buffet style with straightforward selection of food available. Good selection of drinks from the machine. Staff very pleasant and helpful. This hotel provides great value for money, and is especially suited to guests looking for somewhere basic and simple, in a quiet area with easy access to train station and bus stop where you can go into Stuttgart center very easily. Highly recommended.

This hotel is definitely dated, the room felt and smelt old, new bedding, curtains and some paint wouldn't go a miss. The parking was good and the motorway was only a 5 minute drive away.

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at Hotel Strohgäu! The rooms were spacious, spotless, and perfectly organized, making our stay very comfortable. We all enjoyed the breakfast—it was a great way to start the day! The only surprise was the EUR 7.00 per day parking fee, which we weren’t expecting, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. It's truly a lovely place, and we’re glad we chose to stay there!

I hate giving this poor review, but my room was a sauna, I hardly slept, no fan , and when I stupidly opened the windows I was eaten alive. I asked to move rooms but even though they were half empty I could not move. My tv didn’t work. The hotel is convenient for the Celtic museum in hochdorff but there were no open restaurants on Sunday! Not one,

Toilets not cleaned, I claimed the morning after the first night, when I came back for the 2nd night, toilets were on the same state. No reaction despite the fact they say they will clean. No air conditioning, room quite hot during the night (stayed on 24 & 25 June) Stones pieces in the scrambled eggs 5€ parking fee per night

Bathroom toilet was kind of dirty, and during my stay the blinds stopped working so I had to sneak around my room in the dark. Staff was friendly and recommended a really nice German restaurant down the road. They also called a taxi for us since we had an early morning flight.

A very nice hotel, walking distance to train, food, and shops. I didn’t have this problem but a few others did that when they arrived to check in, they couldn’t get into the lobby and had trouble reaching someone by phone.
