Modern Design and Affordable stay in Stuttgart.

Price is reasonable. Size of room is perfect not too small and not too big. Sauna, pool and the steak restaurant are available in the Hotel.

The water from the swimming pool is quite cold for winter season. The Canester for shampoo and shower gel should be filled up by the staff in sauna and swimming shower area.

Nice hotel for an affordable price.

Nice and well equipped hotel with a friendly staff. The check-in was smooth and fast. It is close to the Porsche Museum :)

Good stay

The property is clean and have a nice swimming pool, the sauna also is worth for an extra of 5€ and the parking was not expensive 5€ per night. Staff very helpful and nice

The room had a noisy heater and be careful for the swimming pool opening hours as they are reserved for private swimming class and the sauna only available at 16h, they didn’t said that on the website. If you would have known about it we’d choose another hotel.

Not recommending because of aggressive and rude staff

We requested an early check-in and even offered to pay half the daily rate, but our request was declined. While we understand that not all rooms may be available, the response we received was very aggressive and hostile. As a result, we were left waiting in the city for six more hours until the standard check-in time. Overall, the experience was quite unpleasant.

I have been here before … Is a very good value for money

In the reception is a male receptionist which it was unfriendly towards me almost every time I needed something, even kind of aggressive. German is not my mother language, but I live in a German speaking country since 2014, 12 years… I Speak German not as native, but I believe is quite good… Every time I spoke he replied with English as his way to make me feel that my German wasn’t good enough. I really don’t know what his problem are, but definitely not my problem… I am a guest and I didn’t feel respected, even I felt intimidated and insulted.

- nice hotel - large room - bathtub - parking is 5EUR/night

- pushing two sinle beds together does not make it a double bed - no minibar - no towel change in 2 days - the internet speed and quality was really bad

The room are cleaned daily UNLESS you find out there is tag to hang on your door. However the staff still comes into the room to empty the trash but do not refill toilet paper, change the towels or make your bed... very disappointing

Overall very good hotel for the price even when it was EURO 2024 in Stuttgart.

I really liked the room for three person very comfy. Very nice breakfast with a lot of choices. Very nice interior. Nice and clean bathroom.

Little bit overpriced steakhouse in the hotel. Maybe the time of breakfast could be longer than to 9 AM, but the quality of breakfast compensates it.

booked this hotel for few times, and every stay had problems, The first time we booked this hotel, it was impossible to make payment in advance, and then it was a huge problem to get an invoice. after the last stay, it is impossible to receive an invoice at all. strongly do not recommend this hotel for business trips.

Hotel is very clean. Rooms are comfortable. There is a steakhouse restaurant which is the top rated in Stuttgart. The receptionist (man) was extremely friendly and helpful.

Everything perfect except the big fight during check out

Comfortable room, cleaning. Best steakhouse restaurant in Stuttgart is already in the hotel. Pool. Sauna.

Breakfast. The worst breakfast we have ever had in a hotel. There is not so much option. We asked for water, the staff at the restaurant brought his own water as there is no sealed water during breakfast. many things are missing during breakfast. Receptionist woman literally fought with us during check out. I told her that we would like to pay additional to have breakfast for my family (2 adults+2 kids) and despite she saw us several times, and she also informed me before that kids can have breakfast for free. But when I come to reception to pay for breakfast fee, she wanted to charge me for 4 adults. We tried to explain but she got angry immediately and started to yell at us. After a big fight front of reception, she accepted to cancel the breakfast fee for my kids. after two days of new year holiday and relaxed moments in a beautiful city, she managed to make me and my wife very angry during checkout. It was not just a regular discussion. She was literally yelling at us. For this reason, I am not planning to visit this hotel again.

I did not like it, they changed the room, it was not clean, there was dust under the bed

Passable

Heating didn;t work. No drinking water in the room, water has to be purchased in the restaurant. I booked a table in the restaurant but by a mistake they put there another guests, no free table so it was neccessary to go to the Restaurant 10 min away from hotel. Very basic breakfast, a lot of empty plates, empty juice dispencer. Price is not the "backpacker" one so You could expect more.

Its the third time I have been in this hotel in all the times I have issues in the check in and check out, and people are not friendly at all, they should receive a training how better deal with public.
