Pro: The hotel is very close to the Gondola.
Quite a reasonable price for a short stay for 3 of us.
Ski locker available for all hotel guests in the guest Center of Thaiwoo.
In general, the hotel staff are quite friendly and helpful.
Con: The hotel room is not meticulously clean. For example, black mold on silicone caulking in shower.
The hotel share the public shuttle, and the drop off point is a bit far from the hotel, especially for the first timer skiing in Thaiwoo, it might take some time to find the entrance. Better to take a cab from the high speed train station to the hotel.
Breakfast is mediocre and not too much food left if arriving late for breakfast.

Happy with the location just below the slopes. Food is decent and hotel is very clean. Staff and reception attitude and service can be improved. Not the worst, but definitely no where near the best. They seem distracted, not too friendly and give off lazy vibes.

Stayed at Hyatt Place Chongli for 3 nights and it’s was excellent
The room was clean
Bed was comfortable
Toilets water pressure was just nice
Location to ski resort was near
KFC and convenient shop was few shops away
Breakfast was delicious, especially the noodles

The receptionist attending to us on first day was very helpful and explained to us a lot about skiing and what we needed to do. However, the staff on the next day gave us a bit of a problem with some attitude. Beyond that, the other staff were all very helpful and friendly. The breakfast spread was sufficient. All in all, the stay was comfortable & affordable.
